(no subject)

Had a mild power outage for a minute this afternoon.. have no idea what caused that.

Yeah, pretty calm day but did get some domestic things taken care of. I have also been working on surveys with the intention of getting gift cards since every little bit helps.

Talked with my mother today and she was astounded that Easter is this coming Sunday! Yes, I have been saying that the past few days but with dementia.. *sigh*

Meanwhile I have to see who will be with her this weekend so I can tell them where the Easter baskets are from Mom and sis. I hope they get those and they like them..

If not, I'll present those as a belated Easter gift.. *shrugs*


In other news I got a nasty surprise when I saw this strange thing on my bathroom floor.. so I picked it up thinking it was a bug.

It was a bee.. somehow I stepped on it when walking (wearing shoes) and this came into the house. Fortunately I'm not allergic but it did hurt.

Ah well, tomorrow I go weigh in and report to the in laws for the family history project..will hear about their trip.

Meanwhile my fitbit needs a battery.. AGAIN! What is up that it keeps eating batteries like this???
