(no subject)

We're having chilly temperatures in Florida right now but while the sun was out it was nice.

Normally on Thursday I go over to my in laws but since I went on Tuesday this was a day for errands.

I drove the car to another Toyota dealership that had a free car wash which is one of the perks. The car wash was a little weird but I managed.

After that I went on a Postmates gig to deliver food to an office worker.

Once I got home I thought I had time for lunch but then I got another ping. I was going to ignore so I could have a proper lunch but decided to go for it.

It actually wasn't that far even though it took a while to get out of that subdivision.

I returned home and had my lunch before checking the mail. To my relief I got my insurance card!!! Now for the fun part of paying that bill.. *ugh* Ah well I hope tomorrow will be active.

I had some problem with updating things with Uber but I think it resolved itself.. at least I hope.

Meanwhile I'll check out Shipt to see how that is..

In other news Chad's paternal Grandfather isn't doing so well. He has been having problems with falling and other issues have come up. Sad to say he's going into hospice so my in laws are going to NC to help settle his things. I pray his exit is a peaceful and painless one.

He had a good life and had his mind for a while so that's good.

After I read the email about Chad's Grandfather I called my mother to check in on her. She enjoyed the conversation and was in good spirits. I am amused that whenever I talk about the neighborhood ducks she makes a quacking noise.. so I quack along with her. We both have a giggle about that which makes my heart happy. She is being taken care of and I am grateful for that.

I have the Bite Squad tomorrow..and I hope that will be an active shift.
